More Events Confirmed on Stadium Super Trucks Schedule

Just before the debut of Stadium Super Trucks at Crandon International Raceway this Saturday, the series has announced tweaks and additions to the schedule that both finalize proposed dates and have boosted the schedule from 10 events to 12.

The June 8 Missouri race date has been awarded to St. Louis’ Edward Jones Dome, while the July 20 (formerly June 22) Minnesota event will go to the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, and the November 9 Las Vegas season finale will be held at Sam Boyd Stadium. Meanwhile, the April 19 California race will be held in Long Beach in an as-yet-unconfirmed venue.

The two additional events have been scheduled for June 22 and an unconfirmed August date. The former race will go to either Chicago or Kansas City, while the August event will purportedly be an international showcase. The pending race date in Texas, which could go to any of a number of supercross stadiums, has also been moved forward two weeks, from July 27 to July 13.

In mid-August, the series confirmed events on April 6 at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ; April 27 at Los Angeles Coliseum; May 4 and 18 at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego; and July 6 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
